BEO Weekly Meeting

 
 
 
  • This internal meeting occurs weekly (ideally on Tuesdays at 2pm) to review the upcoming two weeks of private events and programming events. The Director of Events leads this meeting and is responsible for sending out an agenda to Concierge, FOH + BOH teams. From the kitchen team, always be prepared to ask questions about food timing, allergens, food style, client preferences or anything else that you are unsure about.

  • The Director of Events will send out the agenda a few days prior to BEO. Concierge will also have printed BEOs/kitchen sheets on clipboards in the pass of the kitchen so you can prepare days and/or weeks ahead.

    Menu selections + all specifics will be finalized no later than 10 business day prior to the event date for kitchen ordering and prep.

  • The following departments/employees will also contribute to BEO meetings in their own unique ways. See below:

    • Director of Events

    • Programming Manager

    • Membership Director

    • Head Concierge

    • GM, AGM and/or house managers
