How does someone lease an office?
Office leases are managed by the Membership Sales Manager and the Director of Operations. If someone reaches out to Concierge inquiring about pricing or details about office leases, please connect them with those employees.
What are the benefits of leasing an office at CH?
Use of CH’s address as their business mailing address
Permission to bring in outside food and beverages to be consumed in their office
7 Conference Room credits per month
These credits do not roll over if they are not used
Is the Private Mail Service the same as leasing an office?
No, the private mail service is offered to members who do not lease an office with Common House, but would like to use CH as their business address. If a member inquires about the private mail service, direct them to the Membership Sales Manager and the Director of Operations.
Wine Club
Wine Club is an additional subscription that CH members can add on to their membership. Wine Club members receive a box of three sommelier - chosen wines each month. The cost of the subscription is $65 per month and is charged on the 5th of the month. Members may pick up their box beginning the 5th of the month, but may pick up any time during the month.
Boxes will be held for three months - if a member pays for three+ months without picking up, we will provide them with wine that is comparable to what their boxes would have been, but there is no guarantee that the wine will be exactly the same.
Wine Club is managed by the Senior Beverage Manager of CH2.
