BEO Weekly Meeting

 
 
 
  • This internal meeting occurs weekly (ideally on Tuesdays at 2pm) to review the upcoming two weeks of private events and programming events. The Director of Events leads this meeting and is responsible for sending out an agenda to Concierge, FOH + BOH teams. Always be prepared to talk at length about each event + address any concerns/special requests.

    • It is essential to have the Event Details locked in (to the best of your ability) prior to BEO meeting on Tuesdays so you can run through specifics and hit all highlights

    • When discussing an event in BEO, it is helpful to talk about the event the same way every time such as the following:

      • Name, day, start/end of the event, guest count, type of event

      • Run through timeline from start to finish

      • Review the food menu, any dietary restrictions + serving times

      • Review beverage/bar package or on-consumption, selections for bar menu, any special requests

      • Go over the floor plan and AV/tech

      • Most importantly, emphasize anything that is special, unique or out of the ordinary!

  • The following departments/employees will also contribute to BEO meetings in their own unique ways. See below:

    • Programming Manager

    • Membership Director

    • Chef de Cuisine/ other BOH

    • Head Concierge

    • GM, AGM and/or house managers
